Fitness Coaching
In today’s fitness industry, two distinct options exist for people who are looking to lose weight, get fit, and lead an active lifestyle. Option one is to join a large corporate gym that offers several services, offers numerous amenities, and has several thousand members. Once a member, you come to the gym and do your workout. But where did you get your workout? Maybe you got some things from a magazine, or a friend who is really into exercise, or from some of the stuff you did during your time as a high school athlete. Maybe you utilized the personal training staff at the gym and bought a package of 10 sessions. The unfortunate fact is that, according to International Health, Racquet and Sportsclub Association, less than 5% of the people who join large gyms meet their fitness goals. It is no wonder 42% of the people who belong to larger gyms go less than 50 times a year. Why would you go if you are not seeing results?
Option two is Athletes’ Training Center and our fitness coaching. A semi-private facility with limited members and one service - helping you succeed in meeting your fitness goals. Your program, nutrition, and accountability are the three key components to your success. We have developed each of these components by taking the guesswork and trial-and-error out and putting science back into the equation. We develop a customized and individualized approach to fitness, health, physique enhancement, and well being.
Our Membership Options
All-Inclusive Fitness Coaching Membership
Athletes’ Training Center offers fitness coaching in semi-private sessions. This model gives our members all the benefits of one-on-one training and supervision but in a small group setting with one or two other like-minded people. After we perform a complete science-based evaluation and discuss your goals, you will receive an individualized program that progresses each week. We believe that fitness coaching is more than counting sets and reps. We believe our members should not only be motivated and assisted by our coaches, but should also be educated on proper technique that compliments the body’s natural motions and prevents injury.
This all-inclusive membership includes a specific individualized program, a fitness coach at least twice per week, and unlimited access to our metabolic classes (explained in the Group Coaching Membership option below).
Group Coaching Membership
Our group coaching membership is designed for those people who are tired of doing the same old “strength and cardio” workouts day after day, week after week. Using our metabolic classes as the cornerstone, group coaching members will get the benefits of both weight training and cardiovascular training. Your body will become stronger, you will have more cardiovascular fitness, and you will see your shape start to transform. This membership allows you to have unlimited access to our metabolic classes.
Membership Plans
For our potential members, we offer two membership plans. Our short term membership plan is a 3 month option for those who are not comfortable doing a long-term agreement. Our annual plan is the most cost effective plan and is for those who are ready to commit for 12 months.
