Here's how it works:

  • Bring in a pair of jeans from your closet or buy a pair you would like to fit into; jeans must be at least 2 sizes too small.
  • We'll take a picture of you trying to get them on (over a pair of spandex shorts or pants).
  • We will keep your jeans at Athletes' Training Center and you can try them on throughout the challenge.
  • You will have 8 weeks to get into your jeans...

The Skinny Jeans Challenge includes:

  • 4 group coaching sessions per week.  Choose morning, afternoons, or evenings.
  • A 15 minute accountability meeting once a week.
  • A daily Skinny Jeans journal with nutrition recommendations to guarantee you get in to your skinny jeans.
  • Entry into a drawing for a $100 gift card to buy a new pair of designer jeans  as soon as you fit into your skinny jeans.
