Get ready for baseball season!

Athletes' Training Center offers a six week strength and conditioning "Spring Training" for pitchers that meets twice per week for 75 minutes beginning the week of January 11th. 
Research shows pre-season baseball conditioning programs increase throwing accuracy and core stability.  Utilizing the expertise of Travis Manners, PT, SCS, CSCS and consultant for the Milwaukee Brewers, Spring Training will include programming specifically designed to increase pitching velocity and hitting power and decrease injury risk.

A FREE injury risk screening will also be offered. All baseball players, regardless of position or age, are welcome to come any time between 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday, January 9th for a free screening.
