Get ready for baseball season!
Athletes' Training Center offers a six week strength and conditioning "Spring Training" for pitchers that meets twice per week for 75 minutes beginning the week of January 11th.

A FREE injury risk screening will also be offered. All baseball players, regardless of position or age, are welcome to come any time between 9 a.m. until noon on Saturday, January 9th for a free screening.
