Saturday, December 5th from 10 a.m. – 12 p.m., Athletes’ Training Center is hosting their 1st Family Fun Day.  The morning will include FUN (and lots of it), family interactive relays, games and other workouts, lunch and PRIZES!  There is no cost to participate in the event.
 

At Athletes’ Training Center we value the importance of family and how family impacts our wellness.  A good example is our own Dave Banghart, 72 years old, and his grandson, Blake Banghart, 12 years old, who come in every week to workout together with our fitness coaches.  “It’s fun to watch them push each other during their workout and still have so much fun,” Marisa Gulizia, Physical Therapist at Athlete’s Training Center said.  What makes these two a unique duo is that Dave Banghart is a director, team manager and continues to be a serious player for the Senior Softball League in Omaha.  To stay in top softball condition, he participates in the Athletic Fitness Coaching program with his grandson, Blake.  Blake is focused on enhancing his performance edge for golf and baseball.
