Due to less than ideal insurance coverage and/or the lack of knowledge of a non-specialized physical therapist, many times patients are discharged from physical therapy with continued functional limitations.  Often these limitations prevent them from safely returning to their sport or activity. 

Our post-rehabilitation program is a unique and affordable program that bridges the gap between traditional non-specific physical therapy to competitive play or an active lifestyle.  Our trained staff will provide each patient with a one on one comprehensive assessment of their injury or deficits, looking at the entire body for contributing factors.  We will also provide education on the probable causes of the injury in order to prevent future reoccurrences as well as develop an individualized solution plan conducted in a small group setting.
